PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a plurality of power storage stacks are vertically juxtaposed, heat in the lower stage power storage stacks reaches only a part of the upper power storage stack.

SOLUTION: A power storage device includes: a first power storage stack (15) including a plurality of power storage elements (151) disposed side by side in a first direction; second power storage stacks (11 to 14) which include a plurality of the power storage elements disposed side by side in a second direction different from the first direction and disposed below the first power storage stack; and ducts (51 to 54) which move a cooling medium. The ducts are disposed along the first power storage stack and located between the first power storage stack and the second power storage stacks.
