The present invention relates to a mold having a porous member arranged together with an electric heater and a method and an apparatus for rapidly heating/cooling same. In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, a mold having a novel structure which can be rapidly heated/cooled is provided. The mold according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of mold plates which form cavities for molding; an electric heater which is inserted into the inside of at least one of the mold plates; and a porous member installed on said mold plates such that at least a portion of the porous member is arranged at a rear side of said electric heater with respect to the cavity sides of the mold plates, and which includes a supply path for supplying a heat transfer medium to the porous member; and a discharge path for discharging the heat transfer medium supplied to said porous member. The mold according to the present invention can rapidly cool the mold plates by rapidly heating and passing the heat transfer medium through the mold when the porous member is charged with the heat transfer medium.
