PURPOSE: An apparatus for recycling waste sulfuric acid contaminated with hydrogen peroxide is provided to obtain pure sulfuric acid by reiterating a process of separating the hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid of waste sulfuric acid by using a hydrogen peroxide decomposer. CONSTITUTION: A flow meter(110) is included at one side of a waste sulfuric acid water tub(100) to display a flow rate inside. An injection nozzle(120), a wash tower connection pipe(130), and a manhole(140) of waste sulfuric acid is installed on a top part of the waste sulfuric acid water tub. A hydrogen peroxide decomposing tower(200) is connected to a sulfuric acid reinfusion pipe(150) and a gas exhausting tube(260). A hydrogen peroxide decomposing tub(250) of the hydrogen peroxide decomposing tower is filled with a hydrogen peroxide decomposer(230). Gas absorption tubs(360,370) of a gas absorption tower(300) are filled with filler(310).
