<p>PURPOSE: A device for examining a skin therapeutic light is provided to examine the skin therapeutic light with increased quantity of light after detecting the close contact of the device with the skin of user, thereby guaranteeing the safety of using the device. CONSTITUTION: A device for examining a skin therapeutic light includes an input unit, a light source unit(100), a contact sensor(200) and a control unit(300). The input unit is equipped for a user input. The light source unit has a light source with at least two different colors. The light source unit examines a therapeutic light for the skin of user. The contact sensor is arranged around the light source unit. The control unit controls the quantity of light examined in the light source unit depending on the detecting result of the contact with the skin. The control unit controls the quantity of light of the light source by at least two stages before and after detecting the contact with the skin. The control unit drives the light source unit with a first quantity of light before the contact with the skin is detected by the contact sensor. When the contact with the skin is detected, the control unit drives the light source unit with a second quantity of light.</p> |
