PURPOSE: A transparent polymer film with gas barrier is provided to improve oxygen and moisture barrier properties, and to be transparent, thereby using for the barrier protection film of a display. CONSTITUTION: A transparent polymer film with gas barrier comprises one or more compounds selected from polyvinylalcohol and ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, and 0.001-0.5 weight% of graphene oxide. The optical permeability is 70% or more. The oxygen permeability is 0.2 cc/m^2 day(25 °C, relative humidity 30%) or less. The film additionally comprises 0.01-0.1 weight% of TiO2. The surface resistance of the film is 10 Ω/sq or less. The film is coated by carbon nanotubes.
