PURPOSE: A sunlight power generation apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to include a large amount of conductive dopants in a first region adjacent to a light absorption layer, thereby improving carrier mobility of the bottom part of a window layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear side electrode layer is arranged on a substrate. A light absorption layer is arranged on the rear side electrode layer. A window layer is arranged on the light absorption layer. The window layer comprises a first region and a second region arranged on the first region. The first region includes a conductive dopant with concentration higher than the second region. |
