PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing hydrogen water with functionality is provided to suppress the generation of total trihalomethane and the generation of bad odor by eliminating residual chlorine and hypochlorite ions. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing hydrogen water with functionality includes a cool and warm water storing container(101), an electrolyzing unit(106), a power supplying unit(109), and a reductive block filter(110). The electrolyzing unit is installed at the inner bottom of the storing container and is composed of a pair of electrodes. The power supplying unit supplies alternating currents of anode and cathode by being in connection with two electrode rods or electrode plates. The reductive block filter eliminates residual chlorine, hypochlorite ions, and total trihalomethane from hydrogen water. The reductive block filter is obtained by mixing vitamin C, sodium ascorbic acid, activated terra alba, feldspar, zeolite, apatite, and bentonite and heating the mixture to a temperature between 200 and 700 degrees Celsius.
