<p>PURPOSE:To discharge the spacers into the discharge container at every specified number of magnetic plates to clear the array, and increase the efficiency, by sequentially controlling the feed of spacer materials with respect to feed of magnetic plate materials to the press die. CONSTITUTION:When processing a magnetic plate material 1, the return stroke of a press conves die 3 is braked to the position of broken line 13, and the material is processed by a lower concave die 4a. Next, when processing a spacer material 12, a long stroke is taken, and the material is processed by an upper concave die 4b, and the feed stop of the spacer material 12 is controlled. When the magnetic plates 1 and spacers 2 are thus processed, a spacer 2 is inserted at every specified number of magnetic plates 1 in a container 5 beneath the press concave die. The magnetc plates 1 and spacers 2 are put in a magazine, and only the magnetic plates 1 are welded by a welding means scanning in the laminating direction, so that parts laminated by specified number of pieces may be produced.</p> |
