摘要 |
PURPOSE: A live cable insulator check robot instrument is provided to protect a worker from an extra high voltage by precisely checking an insulator while a suspension insulator string and an embedded insulator string are automatically moved. CONSTITUTION: A driving module(100) is contacted with insulators of an insulator string by using a plurality of pin wheels and drives the insulator string. A first wing module and a second wing module(300) correspond to various diameter of the insulators and surround the insulators with elastic force. A check module(400) electrically checks insulators. A first driving unit drives the pin wheels. A plurality of wheels are combined with the pin wheels and are contacted with the insulators. A first skid bar is contacted with the sides of the insulators. |
