ROTATING STAND OF RADAR USING ACTIVE CONTROL AND DISTURBANCE OBSERVANCE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A rotary driving apparatus and method of radar are provided to accurately control a rotation speed of the radar in spite of disturbance factors. CONSTITUTION: A rotary driving apparatus of radar comprises a controller(110), a disturbance torque input unit(120), a rotary driving unit(130), and a disturbance observation unit(140). The controller outputs a driving control signal for rotation drive of the radar. The disturbance torque input unit is inputted external wind pressure and outputs a disturbance torque signal by the wind pressure. The rotary driving unit is inputted the disturbance torque signal by the driving control signal and the wind pressure. The rotary driving unit drives and rotates the radar according to the driving control signal and the disturbance torque signal. The rotary driving unit outputs a driving output signal. The disturbance observation unit is inputted the driving output signal and calculates a rotation speed error of the rotary driving unit. The disturbance observation unit inputs a disturbance observed value according to the rotation speed error in an input terminal of the rotary driving unit.
