An area for metal casting comprises a stand for a ladle and trolleys with lifting frames for tundish ladles with lids. Each trolley for the tundish ladle is equipped with a mechanism for holding and moving the tundish lid, which is made in the form of a driving H-shaped swivel lever. The lower pairs of swivel lever are located in a support, which is attached to the lifting frame, and the upper pairs of swivels are articulated with a fork, which holds the tundish lid. One pair of the upper swivels is attached to the fork and the other pair of upper swivels is made in the form of rollers in contact with the fork. In addition, the support has fixed rollers with possibility of periodic contact with the fork. |
