PURPOSE: A solar water-heating device is provided to use maximum solar heat even if the incident angle of sunlight depends on the time, since a lens unit concentrating sunlight is installed on the upper part of a heating pipe. CONSTITUTION: A solar water-heating device comprises a how water tank and a heating unit. The heating unit comprises a body(210), an inlet(220), an outlet(230), a plurality of heating pipes, a plurality of grooves(250), and a plurality of lens units. The heating pipes are installed to connect the inlet and the outlet. How water flows in the heating pipes. The grooves are formed to hold at least one of the heating pipes and comprise a reflective surface, which reflects sunlight. The lens unit are installed to open the grooves and concentrate sunlight to the heating pipe.
