<p>PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a defective rate by easily removing foreign materials using etchant. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is arranged on a substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the rear electrode layer. A window layer is arranged in the light absorption layer. A third though groove passes through the window layer and a part of the light absorption layer. A first through groove(TH1) passes through the rear electrode layer and is adjacent to the third through groove. A second through groove(TH2) passes through the light absorption layer and is formed between the first through groove and the third through groove.</p> |
