PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of reactions by enlarging the outermost peripheral radius of rotation locus 1.5-3 times as large as that of a rotor of a rectangular box form for a reactor provided with plural pairs of rotary driving shafts and the rotor of a rectangular box form. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of horizontal and cylindrical container 1 is provided with a raw material supply port 2, a treated liquid discharge port 3, and a gas discharge port 4, and the inside of the cylindrical container 1 arranged practically horizontally is provided with two pairs of the rotary driving shafts 7a and 7b not piercing through the container 1 and a rectangular box form of rotors 6a and 6b by which the rotary driving shafts 7a and 7b are connected to each other. The rotators 6a and 6b are provided with plural stirring blades whose outermost spherical radius of rotation loci, is 1.5-3 times as large at that of the rotor. Thereby, lowering of the rollin-up of bubbles and the fluidity of liquids to be treated can be prevented. |
