FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: polymer composition made up of binder and antifriction fillers are fitted into metal sleeve to mould antifriction coat on revolving said sleeve to form filler layers over the coat thickness. Bearing if formed layer-by-layer and, depending upon layer, polymer composition based ob epoxy binder and fillers required for particular layer are fitted into metal sleeve preprocessed by anti-adhesion composition. Then, after selecting moulding conditions allowing uniform distribution of filler over the layer, bearing every layer is formed. Note here that in first filling of polymer composition, antifriction layer of preset thickness is preformed. Performing consists in drawing male die with required diameter over sleeve length.
