SYSTEM AND METHOD OF TECHNOLOGY STRUCTURE ANALYSIS BASED ON PATENT INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A patent information based technology structure analysis system and method thereof are provided to deduct the felid name of technology structure based on paten information by creating the technology structure based on IPC(International Patent Classification) codes. CONSTITUTION: A clustering module(230) classifies patent document according to right types and groups classification results according to the similarity of IPC codes. A core technology classification code extracting module(250) extracts the technology classification code of a layer by analyzing the IPC code of the grouped patent document. A technology filed extraction module(270) extracts the technology filed by matching the code with patent document information.
