PURPOSE: A ship with a lifting blade is provided to enable running under a bad weather condition and protect passengers by maintaining a boarding unit even if a ship overturns. CONSTITUTION: A ship with a lifting blade comprises a cylindrical hull(100), bearing blocks(200), a lifting guide blade(300), a buoyant member(400), and a water blocking panel(500). A steering house(120) and a boarding unit are arranged in the cylindrical hull, and a thrust generating unit(600) connected to an engine unit is installed on the rear of the hull. The bearing blocks are installed on the outer circumferential surface at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical hull. Moving slits(310) are installed on the top and bottom of the lifting guide blade, and a flap(320) is installed on the rear end of the lifting guide blade.
