COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

PURPOSE: A composition containing HCCR-1 and AFP antibodies is provided to improve HCC(hepatocellular carcinoma) diagnosis rate. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing liver cancer contains antibodies to HCCR-1 and AFP. A method for diagnosing liver cancer comprises: a step of preparing a sample from a patient; and a step of treating the sample with the antibodies to HCCR-1 and AFP and measuring HCCR-1 and AFP level. The diagnosis method is a sandwich ELISA method using monoclonal antibodies and polyclonal antibodies to HCCR-1.
