PURPOSE: A cooling and dust removing apparatus is provided to improve the filtering and collecting efficiency of contaminants by increasing contact time of gas and liquid. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and dust removing apparatus comprises a body(200), a suction unit(300), and an atomizing mechanism(400). The body has first and second storage spaces(210,220), a suction port(201), and an exhaust port(202). Water flowing from a water supply unit(100) is stored in the first storage space. The suction port and the exhaust port are connected to the first and second storage spaces, respectively. The suction unit generates suction force to generate the internal pressure difference between the first and second storage spaces. The atomizing mechanism sends water from the first storage space to the second storage space and injects gas from the first storage space to the second storage space.
