<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a control device so that energy consumption does not exceed a specified constant value and set value following characteristics are not impaired, in a step response controlling process. <P>SOLUTION: The total power suppression control device includes: an allocation total power input section (10) for receiving information of allocation total power PW; a temperature raising time estimating section (11) for estimating a temperature raising time TL when an operation amount MVi of each control loop Ri is changed to a specific output value from a current value; power suppressing sections (15 to 19) for estimating a necessary output MUi which is an operation amount necessary for changing a control amount PVi of each control loop Ri by an amount corresponding to a change of a set value SPi during the temperature raising time TL, retrieving a necessary output MUi so that total power consumption TW does not exceed the allocation total power PW, and setting the retrieved necessary output MUi as an operation amount output upper limit value OHi of each control loop Ri; and a control section (20-i) provided on each control loop Ri. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
