<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a solar cell module which prevents the occurence of cavities during laminate processing even if a resin having high contractility is used as a filler sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell module in which solar cells are sealed between a glass substrate 1 and a back sheet 4. The method has: a lamination process in which a filler sheet 3 having a thermoplastic resin and the back sheet 4 are laminated on the glass substrate 1, on which a power generation layer 2 including solar cells is formed; and a heating process in which a work piece 10 formed in the lamination process is heated and the filler sheet 3 is fused to seal the solar cells between the glass substrate 1 and the back sheet 4. In the lamination process, the filler sheet 3 is temporary fixed on at least two facing sides of a peripheral part of the filler sheet 3 to be overlapped with the glass substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
