<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that efficiently uses resources of the communication system when providing a communication service for communication terminals. <P>SOLUTION: The communication system includes a communication service providing apparatus and one or more user communication terminals used by users. The communication service providing apparatus includes: means for transmitting an interaction scenario for user interaction in response to a request from the user communication terminal; means for receiving an execution result of the transmitted interaction scenario from the user communication terminal; and means for applying processing depending on the received execution result. The user communication terminal includes: means for receiving the interaction scenario from the communication service providing apparatus; means for interacting with the user according to the received interaction scenario and generating the execution result of the interaction scenario based on the user interaction; and means for transmitting the generated execution result to the communication service providing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
