<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back table device, capable of enhancing the utility of a first table board and a second table board disposed at a back of a seat for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The seat back table device includes: the first table board 70 turnably installed on a base board 21 at the seat back 15 by a first hinge mechanism 30, and position-changeably mounted between a housing position and a use position; and the second table board 80 turnably installed on the first table board 70 by a second hinge mechanism 40, and position-changeably mounted between the housing position and the use position. When the first table board 70 is position-changed to the use position, the second table board 80 is moved integrally with the first table board 70.
