<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control apparatus capable of controlling AC motor drive seamlessly without changing control modes. <P>SOLUTION: A reference voltage signal Van which is the control object is corrected as the added signal of a sinusoidal signal and a square wave signal, with the degree of the square wave adjusted by an angle parameter Delta. The corrected reference voltage signal is changed from a sinusoidal signal to a square wave signal by changing Delta continuously from 0 to 60.
