INSULATION WIRE, AND ELECTRIC MACHINE COIL AND MOTOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation wire capable of increasing corona discharge start voltage and satisfying demand characteristics such as heat resistance and mechanical strength.

SOLUTION: The insulation wire has a conductor and an insulator layer of a single layer or multi-layers covering the conductor. The insulator layer includes a first resin layer formed with a resin obtained by mixing (A) polyamide-imide or polyesterimide and (B) polyarylate at a mass ratio of A:B=10:90 to 90:10 and by being applied with the resin to be annealed.
