PURPOSE: An icing machine using a rotary cutting blade is provided to obtain the ice with a superior surface property because the falling ice is quickly and cleanly cut by using a rotary cutting blade. CONSTITUTION: An icing machine comprises a fixed cylinder(100), a driving shaft(200), a lower rotational plate(300), an upper rotational plate(400), a fixed inscription gear(500), a rotary gear(600), a rotary shaft(700), and a rotary cutting blade(800). The driving shaft is supported by passing through the fixed cylinder. The lower rotary plate is joined to the upper part of the fixed cylinder to be rotated. The upper rotary plate is a circular plate shape that an ice discharge hole(420) is formed, and joined to the upper part of the driving shaft, thereby rotating. The fixed inscription gear is arranged by surrounding the outer side of the fixed cylinder. The rotary gear is inscribed to the fixed inscription gear, thereby rotating. The rotary shaft is joined to the rotary gear and passed through the lower rotary plate, thereby extending to the upper part of the ice discharge hole. The rotary cutting blade is rotated by joining to the upper part of the rotary shaft, thereby cutting the ice falling due to the gravity.
