<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which can obtain a cosmetic film having high glossiness (luster) by being applied to the skin, the hair and the like and excels in a feeling of use (free of stickiness) bringing out color-developing properties such as color developing properties of a coloring material to be compounded and pearl properties to a maximum while having a glossy (lustering) effect even when the coloring material is incorporated in the cosmetic and cosmetic durability. <P>SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic contains a volatile oily component (A), a phenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (B), and a nonvolatile polar oily component (C) incompatible with the phenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane and is separated into multiple layers in the absence of the oily component (A). As the oily component (B), diphenyl dimethicone is preferred and as the oily component (C), a pentaerythritol ester oil is preferred and furthermore, a powder can be incorporated into the oily cosmetic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
