<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition in which environmental load is low, and which can give high liquid repellent nature to the surface of a substrate, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The coating composition includes: a fluorine-containing polymer containing a constituent unit based on an acrylate in which an α position is a chlorine atom and which has a 1-6C perfluoroalkyl group; and a fluorine-containing solvent containing one or more solvents chosen from the group consisting of a hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) and a hydrofluoroether (HFE), wherein the rate of a constituent unit based on an acrylate in which an α position is a chlorine atom and which has a 1-6C perfluoroalkyl group is at least 40 mass% in the sum total of the constituent units based on each of monomers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
