The assembly (1) has a transfer case portion (5) i.e. spur gear-planetary gear, for distribution of drive torque of a combustion engine (2) on front and rear axle outputs (3, 4) of a vehicle. A coupled gear portion (6) transfers another drive torque from an electric motor (15) to the transfer case portion over a power flow path in an operating mode, so that the latter drive torque is superimposed with the former drive torque as booster rotational torque. The gear portion transmits the latter drive torque to one of the outputs over another power flow path in another operating mode.
