<p>[Problem] To provide a photovoltaic cell production method and a photovoltaic module production method that enable photovoltaic cell electrodes to be easily formed by a plating method. [Solution] A method of producing a photovoltaic cell (1) having an insulating layer (6) with an opening (6a) formed on a surface of a semiconductor substrate (2), and an electrode (7) formed on the surface in the opening (6a), the method comprising: a step of forming a resin layer (6) on the surface using a resin of a predetermined viscosity reactive to light and heat; a step of forming the opening (6a) in the resin layer (6); a step of forming the insulating layer (6) having the opening (6a) using the resin layer (6); and a step of forming the electrode (7) on the surface in the opening (6a) formed by a plating method.</p> |
