<p>PURPOSE: A complex conductor rail is provided to improve adhesive strength between a contact plate and a conductor rail main body by improving a coupling structure of the contact plate and the conductor rail main body. CONSTITUTION: A complex conductor rail(1) comprises a conductor rail main body(10) and a contact plate(20). The conductor rail main body has a function as a feeder for supplying power to a simple electric railroad, and a structural function for being fixed to a side of a structure in roadway. The conductor rail main body comprises a base unit(11), a head unit(12), and a connecting unit which interlinks the base unit and the head unit. The base unit is fixed in the side of the structure in roadway. The head unit is formed on the upper side of the base unit and is combined to the contact plate. The contact plate comprises a contact unit(21) and a declined unit(22) inserted into a channel unit.</p>
