PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet for a motor having an eddy current generated in the permanent magnet be small even in the case where a permanent magnet motor with the permanent magnet embedded is made to be rotated in a high-speed.

SOLUTION: A magnet material which is made up of Nd 27 to 30% - Fe 60 to 70% - B 1 to 2% at wt.% is wet-pulverized in an organic solvent. The magnet material which is wet-pulverized in the organic solvent and a resin binder are mixed in the organic solvent, and thereby, slurry 41 is produced. A permanent magnet 1 is manufactured by sintering a green sheet 42 with the produced slurry 41 formed in a sheet shape and a ceramic green sheet which will become an insulating layer in a state where a plurality of layers are laminated alternately.
