<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of sufficiently radiating heat generated from an LED arranged on a board. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes the LED 5 arranged on the board 4, an LED electrode 6 arranged on the board 4 in order to supply power to the light-emitting diode 5, a heat-radiating member 7 arranged at an opposite side to the LED electrode 6 on the board 4 and relieving heat generated from the LED 5, a rail frame 2 formed in a rail shape, and a rail electrode 3 formed on an inner wall of the rail frame 2 along a longitudinal direction.
