<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a development device in which two conveyance members for conveying developer in a longitudinal direction so as to form a circulation path are arranged to face a developer carrier, with a developer regulation member disposed below the developer carrier, the developer after a development step removed in a second conveyance path from the developer carrier is prevented from being carried again by the developer carrier; a process cartridge; and an image formation device. <P>SOLUTION: A development device is provided with a partition member 13d that partitions a first conveyance path by a first conveyance member 13b1 from a second conveyance path by a second conveyance member 13b2 at a position opposing to a developer carrier 13a. Further, the partition member 13d comprises a contact portion 13d1 and a non-contact portion 13d2. The contact portion 13d1 is formed to have contact with the developer carrier 13a at a position downstream of a developer conveyance direction in the second conveyance path, and a non-contact portion 13d2 is formed so as to not have contact with the developer carrier 13a at another position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
