<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new kinds of Mont Blanc by changing the foodstuffs from chestnuts which are few as resources to sweet potatoes or pumpkins which are many as resources because the size and quantity of a conventional kind of Mont Blanc are small and it takes labor for a confectioner only to prepare foodstuffs, making the confectioner tired. <P>SOLUTION: By using sweet potatoes, pumpkins and bananas instead of conventionally used chestnuts, the size of the foodstuffs becomes large and cakes can be produced without so much labor. By changing the size of the foodstuffs, a greater quantity of Mont Blanc can be produced more inexpensively. The foodstuffs of the new Mont Blanc provide texture similar to the texture of chestnut Mont Blanc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
