<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burr-less slitting method and device which can reduce generation of surface flaws due to the slitting of copper strip plate, and can cut with a shape having the small angle (shear droop at the fracture surface side) of edge part of the copper strip, and manufacturing the copper strip less in the generation of lateral burrs being a local projection generated at the edge part. <P>SOLUTION: The slitting device includes a wind off rotating device for feeding the copper strip plate, a plurality of upper disk cutters and lower disk cutters for applying shearing work to the degree not to complete separate the upper and the lower of the copper strip plate, a press roll for pressing by the roll and completely separating and cutting the copper strip plate, and a winding up rotating device for winding up the copper strip plate. In the cutting device for cutting the copper strip plate in the longitudinal direction, the angle between the blade edges of the upper disk cutter and the lower disk cutter and the copper strip plate is made to be 10° or less (except 0°). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
