PURPOSE: A concrete road paving method and a concrete road paving machine are provided to improve durability by increasing the surface strength and water-tightness of a concrete pavement layer. CONSTITUTION: A concrete road paving machine comprises a waterproof agent sprayer(330). The waterproof agent sprayer is installed on the main body(110) of a forming portion(130). The waterproof agent sprayer sprinkles waterproof agent on the surface of the concrete pavement layer shaped by the forming portion.
