PURPOSE: An apparatus for supporting changeover, a method for supporting the changeover, and a computer-readable recording medium storing a changeover support program are provided to efficiently perform conversion work detaching and attaching electronic components on a mounting device. CONSTITUTION: An electronic component batch system(1) comprises a standby area(2), a mounter apparatus(3), an apparatus(4) for supporting changeover, a bar code reader(5), a database(6), an RF antenna control box(7), a standby area RF antenna(8), and an RF antenna(9) of the mounter apparatus. A SMT(Surface Mount Technology) line comprises a substrate feeder, a screen printing machine, the mounter apparatus, a reflow apparatus, and a substrate storage device. The substrate feeder supplies a printed board to a production line. The screen printing machine prints a solder paste on the soldering location of the printed board. The mounter apparatus arranges electronic components on the printed board. The reflow apparatus solidifies soldering through heating processing. The substrate storage device accepts the printed board unit completed in a magazine.
