<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a display screen. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processing device 1, a display information updating unit 4 updates display information for displaying information on the display screen, and a drawing control unit 5 stops drawing which is conducted based on the same position of the display information, when the same position of the display information is successively updated by the display information updating unit 4. Consequently, scanning of a drawing area on the display screen for drawing is not performed, and flickering in a scan area is suppressed, leading to improvement in the visibility of the display screen.
