<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash mounting structure that can suppress not only destruction of a sash or glass but also the risk of seal rupture between a wall panel and the sash by reducing relative displacement between the sash and the wall panel, associated with relative story displacement on the occurrence of an earthquake. <P>SOLUTION: A lower bracket 28 protruding upward is rigidly joined to a beam 21 on the downside of a story of a building, and a upper bracket 29 protruding downward is rigidly joined to a beam 21 on the upside thereof.
