<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump steam generator that stably supplies steam. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump steam generator includes: a heat pump circulating route 20; a supply route L3; a gas-liquid separation device 7; a steam takeoff route L4 on which a steam control valve V1 is arranged; a water circulating route L6; and a pressure gauge 31 for detecting pressure in the gas-liquid separation device 7.
