<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot that allow a user to feel fit over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The boot includes a foot covering portion 1A covering a part below an ankle area and a cylinder portion 1B covering a part above the ankle area. A press-contact portion 3a, 3b for tightening up the top of the foot is provided inside the foot covering portion 1A and a tubular body 10 is provided inside the cylinder portion 1B.
