<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing type cut flower case with a water bag which does not disturb the folding and unfolding of the case even if a flange plate member covering the upper of the water bag is directly connected to a packaging case, and in which the flange plate member is orderly adapted to the folding and unfolding of the packaging case or the water bag orderly adapted itself to the opening and closing the flange plate member. <P>SOLUTION: The water bag 3 is supported so as to be pinched by the two-folded flange plate member 5 and hangs down. Connection pieces 31 are swingingly protrusively mounted respectively on both end margins of one of half pieces separating from each other at the middle position of a mountain fold line 23 via a hinge fold 30 in the flange plate member 5. The connection pieces 31 are fixed to a front surface wall and a sidewall of a packaging case 1, respectively. Both the end margins of the other one of the half pieces are removable from the packaging case 1.
