PURPOSE: A health beverage composition having a weight loss effect, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the refreshing feeling of a beverage after adding functional extracts with strong taste or flavor. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a health beverage composition having a weight loss effect comprises the following steps: extracting eleutherococcus senticosus, platycodon grandiflorum, and rehmannia glutinosa, and mixing the obtained extracts in a ratio of 3-4:1-2:2-3; adding an emulsifier into the obtained medical herb extract for emulsifying; inserting a dextrin mixture into the medical herb extract, and encapsulating the extract at 45-70 deg C in the pH of 4-12; and mixing the encapsulated medical herb agent with sucrose, glucose, citric acid, sodium citrate, complex vitamins, calcium pantothenate, magnesium carbonate, caffeine, glucuronolactone, a sweetening color agent, and carbonated water.
