<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectrometry method which enables excellent identification of components from measurement data obtained from soft ionization mass analyzer, without combining analytical tools. <P>SOLUTION: The mass spectrometry method comprises: a step A of extracting mass spectral data in which two-dimensional mass spectral data is extracted from three-dimensional measurement data obtained from the soft ionization mass analyzer; a step B of processing mass spectral data in which the extracted mass spectral data is processed into data under the same condition with database; a step C of determining matrix in which one or more components of the matrix and mixture ratio of the components are determined from the processed mass spectral data using multivariate analysis; a step D of synthesizing standard mass spectral data in which the standard mass spectral data is synthesized from the determined components of the matrix and mixture ratio and the database; and a step E of removing noise in which the standard mass spectral data is subtracted from the processed mass spectral data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
