<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform overtaking control between arbitrarily grouped instruction groups. <P>SOLUTION: A data processing device comprises a memory access control unit 102 that controls a plurality of memory access instructions accessing a main storage memory which are grouped into a plurality of instruction groups.
