GENETIC RECOMBINANT DERMAL MICRO ORGAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dermal micro organ (DMO), a method and equipment for making out and using the same.

SOLUTION: The DMO contains a plurality of dermal components that substantially maintain a microstructure and 3-dimensional structure of a dermal tissue from which the DMO is derived. The dermal components provide a selected size of DMO to enable a diffusion of waste products coming from DMO cells as well as a passive diffusion of sufficient amounts of nutrients and gas to the DMO cells, so that a cellar oxicity and death associated therewith due to a nutritional defficiency and accumulation of waste products in the DMO can be minimally suppressed. Further, a method and equipment for collecting the DMO are also provided. Equipment for collecting the DMO consists of a support structure for supporting a skin-related tissue structure from which the DMO is collected and a cutting tool for separating the DMO from the skin-related tissue structure.
