<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade as a part of a rotor or a stator related to, for example, a turbo-machine by a device, a system and a method by an illustrative embodiment. <P>SOLUTION: The blade has a specific shape such as the optimization of an operation characteristic.
