The invention in question relates to a valve that provides stepless control and ripple-free current when milk is fed out from an air deflector (1) in automated milking installations with twin vacuum systems, and is intended to achieve a fast deflection of the air (b), which is mixed in with the milk during milking, after which the milk (c) is transported to a collection station in a pipe with a higher vacuum than the milking vacuum. The requisite connection mechanism consists of a valve belt (6), which is attached to a float (7) and is manufactured in an elastic and flexible material. In the connecting position the valve belt (6) is intended to cover an opening (5) with a mainly rectangular or other shape at the base of the deflector (1). Under the action of the upward movement of the float (7), the valve belt (6) stretches and bends to a lesser or greater extent and achieves stepless control of the flow of milk.<IMAGE> |
