<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel capable of maintaining heat insulating performance by firmly connecting surface plates and frame meterials together so as to suppress the separation of the surface plate. <P>SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel P includes a pair of surface plates 1 and 2, frame materials 3 which are interposed between respective side portions of both the surface plates, a heat insulating core material 8 which is injected and infilled into a space formed of both the surface plates and the frame material, and an attachment washer 4 which is connected to an inner surface of the one surface plate 1 and embedded in the heat insulating core material. In both the surface plates, bent pieces 1b and 2b bent toward the surface plate facing the side portion are formed, and an approximately U-shaped fitting portion 2A composed of the side portions 2a of the surface plate and the like is formed on the side portion of the other surface plate. In the frame meterials, one end along a longitudinal direction is engaged with an inner surface of the bent piece and the side portion 1a of the one surface plate, and engaged with an engaging recessed groove portion 4H which is formed on the frame material-side side portion of the attachment washer and opened toward the outside of the panel; and the other end along the longitudinal direction is fitted into a fitting portion of the other surface plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
